Refund policy



You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id through Contact us Form or By calling on our number. We will notify you once your order has been canceled



All orders will be shipped out via Blue Dart, India Post, DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Products are expected to be delivered within 1-2 weeks, once it leaves the Warehouse. All orders would be traceable. 

All orders will be shipped out in 24 Hrs. Free Shipping on all Orders. 



Upon receiving your order, if you find any defect or damage in the product, you can return the product in 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Before proceeding a return note that:

The product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. it shall be unused and returned with all brand tags and original packaging

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. 

Please contact us through Contact us form present in the footer menu so that we can provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code. You need to ship the item back to us.

All returns must be sent to our warehouse within 20 calendar days from the delivery date.

In the case of an exchange, we will ship back the new item/s with no extra cost for the customer.

In case of a refund, the customer is required to ship back the product to us. 

If the item/s is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, We will have to inspect the item/s and determine if that is the case before processing any refund or ship a replacement item/s.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
